Why We Built This Site
Michigan gives the public real access to court and county records, but the record a person wants usually sits in one specific office. A warrant keeps its own paper trail. The court that issues it sets the charge, the bond, and the conditions. The Sheriff's Office or a contracted police agency carries out the arrest. A missed court date produces a bench warrant in the court that set the case, and a support matter produces its own enforcement order through the Friend of Court. Add the fact that Michigan has no public statewide warrant list, and it becomes easy to check one office, find nothing, and read that as an all-clear.
This site collects what each Jackson County office holds, how its records are searched or requested, and what a reader should bring to the counter, so the first call is the right one.

What We Cannot Do
This is a private reference site. We are not connected to any Michigan court, the Jackson County Sheriff's Office, or any state agency. The limits are real:
- We cannot run a warrant check or confirm that a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot recall, quash, serve, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept payment toward a warrant or a fine
- We cannot schedule an appearance, a surrender, or a court date
- We cannot give legal advice or say how a warrant applies to a specific person
- We cannot promise that every address, phone number, or fee on this site is current today
Only the court that issued the warrant can confirm whether it is active or recalled. We can point you to that office, but the answer has to come from the court.
Search Partners
Some pages here carry search boxes run by outside companies. Those providers set their own prices and run their own services, and we may earn a referral fee when a visit leads to a paid signup. That revenue keeps the site free to read. We do not control their pricing or their results, and their data is not an official warrant check.
